In the beginning of December the LSAI team rented a cabin in the Bavarian Forest for an internal retreat. For two days we had discussion rounds regarding synergies and internal organization processes. Improvements and new ideas could be developed. In team building activities, such as a cooking event with 20 people, the team spirit was strengthend. We did a winter hike to Lusen while it was snowing. We had a nice and successful retreat 2022!
