RhizoWater is a part of RhizoTrait peoject funded by BMBM. The overarching aim of the RhizoTraits is to identify and harness key rhizosphere traits linked to distinct resource acquisition strategies that increase resilience of crop yield to drought.
The specific objective of our subproject “RhizoWater” is to identify and harness key rhizosphere traits linked to water uptake particularly under soil drying condition across soils with different textures and climatic regimes.
