Biography |
At the Chair on Tree Growth and Wood Physiology, Monika Bradatsch is a technical engineer responsible for the dendrochronology department and supervises students in tree ring measurements. Her training as a technical draftsman in the field of mechanical engineering benefits her. After studying cartography with a focus on graphics and printing technology (Munich University of Applied Sciences), she created aerial maps and evaluations for the company Photogrammetry. After a ten-year permanent position in the graphics department of a financial magazine (publisher Gruner+Jahr), she worked as a freelancer for various publishers and media companies. In 2019 she moved to the Chair of Forest Growth and Yield Science. For the chair management, she creates graphics for specialist publications, information boards for test areas and posters for university events. As a trained communications and media designer, she partially revised the website of the previous chair. |
